Ms Katherine Robinson, Director of Human Resources – Non Voting

Katherine Robinson is the Trust’s Chief People Officer in May 2022. Prior to that, she was Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development at the Trust on an interim basis since February having joined the Trust as a joint Interim Associate Director of HR in July 2021.

Katherine leads the Trust’s people agenda and progress against the NHS People Promise. She provides strategic leadership to the Human Resources and Organisational Development function, and works with internal and external partners to design and implement plans that develop our high quality HR service that allows us to continue to provide the best care possible to our local communities.

Katherine has worked in senior HR roles in the NHS for over 30 years. Prior to joining SWLSTG, Katherine was the People Director for NHS Blood and Transplant, a national Arm’s Length Body. Katherine is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a MSc in Strategic HR Management.
