Recovery College - timetable

Classroom Courses Sep - Dec 2022

Our timetable for Sep - Dec 2022 is now available to view here.We also have a range of sessions specifically designed for Friends, Family & Carers and a six session course on life after domestic abuse.

If you’re not sure where to start, we’re running a number of Open Days, where we will have a team of trainers and peer trainers on hand to guide you through the courses and help you to select the ones that are best suited to you. Details of our Open Days are below:

How to Book

To book a course you first need to be registered with the college, which you can do by completing our online registration form. To find out if you’re eligible to register with the college check out our eligibility criteria first. We recommend that students chose no more than three courses to book at any one time.

In line with COVID guidance and with the added factor of community venue access, some courses may be relocated or will be delivered via MS Teams at short notice.  Please pay close attention to the timetable and your booking confirmation to ensure you know where/how your course is being delivered.

For sessions delivered in person, numbers per class have been reduced and while masks are no longer mandatory, we are happy for you to continue wearing your mask should you prefer.

Note: In order to be fair to all students, if you miss more than one session of a course you may not be able to continue with the remaining sessions. It is important that you contact the college immeditately after missing a session to check whether you can continue with your course - a decision will be made based on the complexity and sensitivity of that course.

Webinars

For those who prefer a classroom environment but want to learn from home, we run a number of interactive webinars each week via MS Teams. These are available to everyone (registered or not). Groups are limited to between 6 and 8 per session, so if you're interested in attending one of the sessions below just email us at rchomelearning@swlstg.nhs.uk, remembering to provide your full name and telephone number:

Dear Students,

We will be back with our webinars after the Christmas break and we look forward to seeing you again.

Watch out this space after the Christmas break.

We wish you a very Merry Christmas!

Bookings are on a first come first served basis, and we advertise new session dates regularly on this page, so check back to see what's coming up in future weeks. If you'd like to know more about what each of our webinars covers click here .

E-Learning

For those who wish to continue to learn from home, we will be continuing with our webinars, and of course the E-Learning Hub; a multi-media resource for all the latest online content the college has to offer. There's no need to be registered with the college to access this service.

Timetables

Our face to face courses run over three terms each year. Each new timetable is published approximately one month before it begins:
