Our quality strategy

Our highest priority is to improve the quality of the services we provide for our patients.

This includes:

  • Patient Experience - Striving for the best experience of care for our patients and  their families and carers

  • Patient Safety - Making our care as safe as possible and reducing harm

  • Clinical Outcomes - Providing care that gives our patients the best chance of recovery

Every year we set priorities for improving quality. These are based on feedback we receive from our patients, communities and other sources.

Our aim is to serve the mental health needs of everyone living and working across our many diverse communities.
