Creating Our Culture – Complete our survey and sign up to our In Your Shoes sessions now
We’re launching a large staff, service user and carer engagement programme.
If you have recently been discharged from our care, we want to hear about your experience with us. In September 2018 we launched Making Life Better Together (MLBT); a programme designed to improve staff and service user and carer experience at the Trust. We already have some good ways of engaging and involving service users and carers in our work – but we know that we can do much more.
Through Making Life Better Together we will be involving the people who use our service and their carers in more of our work, increasing service user influence in projects, and extending our reach to those who might not usually have their say. This all starts with you. We want to hear about your experience with us. What made a good day in our care; what made a bad day; and what we can do to help there be more good days. Your feedback will help us produce a toolkit that will be embedded throughout our organisation, all the way from patient care to staff recruitment.
Creating Our Culture Survey We have created this short online survey so we can better understand how our service users and carers feel at the moment. If you are a currently in our care or have recently been discharged from one of our services then we want to hear from you. You can complete the survey here. Honesty is important to us, so your submission will be completely anonymous. What’s it like In Your Shoes? But, we don’t want the listening to stop there – book onto our special ‘In Your Shoes’ sessions now!
From 29 April 2019 we are holding face-to-face listening sessions with service users and carers. We want you to sit down with our staff and tell them directly about your experience in our care. You can find the schedule below, and you can book onto the sessions using the links also found below.
