We are pleased to welcome Vik Sagar as a Non Executive Director on the Trust Board.
Vik Sagar is a Chartered Accountant who started his career in the Corporate Finance department of Ernst & Young and has been serving as an Associate Non Executive Director on the Board since November 2017.
The Trust has been working with Summerstown182, a local award-winning community history project in Tooting to showcase and capture images of our historic Springfield site prior to beginning our redevelopment of the estate later this year to deliver two new mental health hospitals.
Leading mental health Chief Executive David Bradley has announced today (4 April 2019) that he is to take on the Chief Executive role at South London and Maudsley Mental Health Trust after several successful years at the helm of South West London and St. George’s Mental Health NHS Trust (SWLSTG).
From 1 April 2019, specialist health services for people with a learning disability in Wandsworth will be provided by South West London and St George’s Mental Health Trust.
As you may be aware, we have been working to deliver first class modern mental healthcare facilities on our Springfield site. The programme, named the Estate Modernisation Programme (EMP) will deliver new hospital buildings in a community and parkland setting.
