Creating Our Culture: Did We Hear You Right?

Creating Our Culture: Did We Hear You Right?

A huge thank you to all service users and carers that attended an ‘In Your Shoes’ session during our Creating Our Culture Week (29 April - 3 May 2019).

We had over 40 service users and carers take part throughout the week sharing their views about what we can do to make our care even better.

We have now finished writing up almost 2,000 post-it notes/ pages from the sessions and we want to share this with you to make sure that we have correctly captured what you have told us before we progress.

You can read the key summary version  here.

Did we hear it right? Did we capture everything you said correctly?

Please give us your feedback here. Your honest feedback is important to us so everything that you say will be completely anonymous.

Once everyone has fed back we will use what service users and carers have said to co-create a staff behaviours framework that will clearly define how we all expect our staff to behave. This will help improve the care that we deliver to our service users in the future and will give those in our care even better experiences.

We are running a Service User and Carer Values into Action session on 11 July from 5.30pm – 7pm where we would like to work with you and discuss how we put what you have said into action.

This will take place in Conference Room A at Springfield Hospital, SW17 7DJ and food and refreshments will be provided.

If you would like to register for this session, you can do so here.

Alternatively, you can email or call the PALS line on 020 3513 6150.
