The pharmacy team have received reports that the NHS Health Monitor Lithium App is no longer supported on the Apple store.
The app developers are not contactable and the pharmacy team are working with another company to provide an updated version of the app. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. For anyone in South West London requiring a Lithium Booklet to record their details please contact the patient medicines helpline on 020 3513 6829. At present we believe the app is still available on google play. Please report any issues with access to the app to the patient medicines helpline.
