Notice for those calling PALS: Temporary phone fault resolved (Tuesday 29 November)

The issue with our PALS phone number 0203 513 6150 has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience while we worked to fix it.

The Trust’s Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is currently experiencing a temporary issue with their main telephone number 0203 513 6150. Our telephone provider is working to resolve this as soon as possible and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

The PALS team can be contacted via email on PALS@swlstg.nhs.uk or by calling the Trust’s contact centre on 0203 513 5000. The contact centre will pass on your message and arrange for you to receive a call back.

If you call 0203 513 6150 and it is not answered, please do not leave a message as the team are unable to access their voicemail messages at present. 

We will update this page when the issue has been resolved.
