The NHS in south west London is developing a new three-year all-age mental health strategy and we want your views. Find out more at www.southwestlondonics.org.uk/ help-us-develop-a-new-mental-health-strategy/
All service users, patients, carers, staff and local residents are being invited to share their views on local mental health services.
Together with the South West London Integrated Care System (ICS), the Trust is running a short survey which will help to inform a new three-year all-age mental health strategy for south west London. The strategy which will be developed and launched during autumn 2022.
We want to hear from a range of people to make sure our plans reflect what matters most to people who use our services, the people who care for them, and our local residents. We are interested in hearing from you whether you have used mental health services or not.
What this survey is about
While some of the services we provide, and what they deliver, are decided nationally, there is some flexibility around how services are designed, including how people access our services and the way we deliver care.
There are already several initiatives underway to improve mental health services in south west London. Your feedback will help us make more positive changes. We will listen to what you have to say – things you like and things you don’t like – then use that to work out what we can do to improve.
The survey asks about your experiences of mental health services, how you look after your mental wellbeing, and your ideas about how things could be better.
