On 14 February South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust (SWLSTG) service users and staff on Halswell Ward held a row-a-thon to help raise money for the NSPCC.
The idea camefrom a service user and helped promote physlcal activity for a healthy heart whilst also helping to raise money for charity.
The aim was to row across the English Channel (32km) and in just six hours they smashed that distance, covering 51km and raising a £74.87 for the NSPCC.
Thank you to all service users and staff who took part and a big thank you to those of you who donated.
