Who we are

This is a multi-disciplinary service providing treatment and support to adults with mental health problems.

Who is the service for

This service is for people between the ages of 18 - 75 with severe and enduring mental health problems.

Conditions we treat

We cover the following conditions:

Bipolar disorder
Psychotic episodes
Schizophrenia

What you can expect

Everyone who uses our service gets an assessment of their mental health needs and a plan of the care and support they will receive. Everyone will also have one named person who co-ordinates their care and support. This person will be called either a named professional or, if your needs are more complex, a care co-ordinator. This person will be your main point of contact and you can speak to them about how your treatment and support is going.
