Who we are
The team works with adults of working age, offering a specialist multidisciplinary service for people with serious and/or complex mental health problems.
Who is the service for
This service is for people aged between 18 and 75, who live in Wandsworth. We work with service users who are referred via their GP. Our team are multi-disciplinary and work with those referred by their GP, Home treatment teams, wards, social services, and other agencies.

What you can expect
People who use our services receive a plan of the care and support they will receive. They will also will also have one named person who co-ordinates their care and support. This person will be called either a named professional or, if your needs are more complex, a care co-ordinator. This person will be your main point of contact and you can speak to them about how your treatment and support are going.
Referrals
Your GP should always be your first point of contact for any mental health related issues.
Your doctor can then refer to the Single Point of Access (SPA) if appropriate. Referrals are usually via letter or efax to the SPA team.
