Who we are
The National OCD/BDD Service, with St George's University of London, is a renowned treatment centre dealing with severe, complex and resistant obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and body dysmorphic disorder (BDD).
Who is the service for
It has been estimated that as many as 6% of Europe's population has significant problems with hoarding. Recent research has demonstrated that even with severe hoarding, the prognosis is good if the individual agrees to engage in therapy.

What you can expect
Everyone who uses our services first get an assessment of their mental health needs and a plan of the care and support they will receive. They will also will also have one named person who co-ordinates their care and support. This person will be called either a named professional or, if your needs are more complex, a care co-ordfinator. This person should be your main point of contact. You can speak to them about how your treatment and support are going.
