Who we are
The Inspire Partnership is the community drug and alcohol service for the London Borough of Sutton, delivered by Cranstoun in partnership with South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust, and Sutton GP services. We have an adult service available to anyone aged 18 years old and over. Inspire offers a wide range of easily accessible and recovery-focused services tailored to the client’s personal needs including:- assessments; harm reduction; one to one support; group work; prescribing; outreach; health and wellbeing support (including BBV testing and vaccinating); GP shared care; community detoxification; and access to inpatient detox and rehab-detox packages.
Inspire includes Switch (substance misuse recovery service for under 18 year olds). Switch offer support and information, and help young people to develop life skills to make healthy choices around their alcohol and drug use.
Additionally, we have a Recovery Hub, offering a programme of after-care support for those who have achieved abstinence, as well as access to:- mutual aid and peer-led support; peer mentoring and volunteering; complimentary therapies; and support with education, training and employment.
