Kingston and Richmond Assessment Team
Who we are
We are the Single Point of Access for referrals to secondary mental health services for patients up to the age of 74 living in Kingston and Richmond between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. We screen, triage and carry out initial assessments for patients referred to the Kingston and Richmond Recovery Support Teams, the Kingston and Richmond Early Intervention Service and Adult ADHD Teams.

Monday - Friday: 09.00 - 17.00
Support for service users and carers outside of these hours is accessed via borough-based protocols with the Crisis and Home Treatment Teams.
