Who we are
This is a community based mental health service for people experiencing severe and enduring mental illness.
Who is the service for
Our service is for working age adults between 18 -74 years old who have a severe and enduring mental health problem that requires specialist mental health services. People under our care usually have conditions such as schizophrenia or psychosis, schizoaffective disorder and bipolar affective disorder.

What you can expect
Anyone who uses our services first gets an assessment of their mental health needs and a plan of the care and support they will receive. They will also have one named person who co-ordinates their care and support. This person will be called either a named professional or, if your needs are more complex, a care co-ordinator. This person should be your main point of contact. You can speak to them about how your treatment and support is going.
Referrals
Referral to the Morden RST is done with service user agreement, through Adult Mental Health Assessment Team which is based with us at The Wilson hospital.
Appointments are arranged via appointment letters and telephone. Appointments in emergency cases are available through telephone.
