Who we are

This is a multi-disciplinary service providing treatment and support to adults with mental health problems.

Who is the service for

This service is for people between the ages of 18 and 75 with severe and enduring mental health problems.

Conditions we treat

We cover the following conditions:

Bipolar disorder
Psychotic episodes
Schizophrenia

Monday - Friday: 09.00 - 17.00 excluding Bank Holidays.

Who you might see / our staff

Our team is made up of Community Psychiatric Nurses, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, a Specialist Employment Adviser, Recovery Support Workers and Consultants.

What you can expect

An assessment will be completed identifying mental health needs and the plan of the care and support to be received. For some individuals a Health Professional may also be allocated such as a Nurse or OT to provide further support in the recovery Pathway identifying goals as well as signposting to other services that may also assist in the recovery journey.
