Sutton Memory Assessment Service
Who we are
This service assesses adults with memory problems, where physical causes have been considered and managed, to detect if they have the symptoms of dementia. Early diagnosis enables people to take advantage of new treatments to slow the onset of the condition, to plan their care and maintain a higher quality of life.

What you can expect
You will be offered an appointment with a Healthcare Professional at one of our outpatient clinics, or be given a home visit in exceptional circumstances. You will have an assessment and possible referral for investigations and given diagnostic feedback and short term follow up.
