Who we are
Sutton Uplift is a primary care mental health service working in partnership with local voluntary sector agencies to improve mental health and wellbeing for the residents of Sutton.
Sutton IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapy) is now part of Sutton Uplift. The Sutton assessment team is now also part of Sutton Uplift.
Who is the service for
This service is for anyone aged 18 and over, living in Sutton or with a Sutton GP.

Our opening hours
Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm (accepting new referrals)
Extended to 8:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm for individual and group work

What you can expect
Anyone who uses our services first gets an assessment of their mental health needs and a plan of the care and support they will receive. They will also will also have one named person who co-ordinates their care and support. This person will be called either a named professional or, if your needs are more complex, a care co-ordinator. This person should be your main point of contact. You can speak to them about how your treatment and support are going.
