What you can expect

We offer assessments where we explore the reasons that might have brought you and your loved ones to family or couple therapy. We decide together if this is the best and most appropriate intervention for you and agree frequency of sessions and who might be best to attend these. We review our work frequently to ensure that how we work with you remains relevant and helpful. We often work in small teams with one of us leading the conversation and the rest of the team sharing their thoughts and reflections. We prefer to work face to face but we also offer online sessions where appropriate and safe to do so.

We are not able to offer crisis support and care coordination in the way other services in the community might do. We work closely with other professionals involved in your care where this is needed and appropriate.

Referrals

Please see our referral form.  We accept referrals from your GP, Community Mental Health Team or other services in the Trust i.e. Perinatal Service, Psychological Well Being Service, from all five of the Trust boroughs: Merton, Sutton, Kingston, Richmond and Wandsworth.
