Tooting Recovery Café
Who we are
The Tooting Recovery Café is an NHS funded, out of hours Crisis Mental Health Service. It is run by Hestia on behalf of the Trust.
Who is the service for
Adult Residents (18+) of Kingston, Richmond, Wandsworth, Sutton and Merton who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health and feel unable to cope.
This includes if people are anxious or worried but do not have support networks available to them.

What you can expect
We offer a safe, inclusive and welcoming space for people who are struggling to cope with their mental health during the evening and weekends when other services may be closed.
Support and activities include:
- Group Activities
- One-to-One Support
- Chill Out Space
- Advice, Information and Signposting
- Hot Meals and Drinks for a small charge
- Advice and Support from Crisis Teams
The aim is to support people to reduce their immediate crisis and anxiety, and to safety plan, drawing on strengths, resilience and coping mechanisms.

Referrals
There is no need for a referral, you can just turn up, complete a basic registration and then receive the support you require.
