Who we are
The Wandsworth Home Treatment Team is a community based mental health service providing care and treatment in the community as an alternative to hospital admission so that patients can remain in their own homes.
Who is the service for
We provide services for adults aged 18 and over who live in Wandsworth and are experiencing a mental health crisis.

Who you might see / our staff
The team consists of a variety of professionals including nurses, clinicians and recovery support workers and we also work with other professionals involved in your care.

What you can expect
We provide an ongoing assessment in the community to help you through a crisis and stay out of hospital.
We will also develop a plan of action with you which covers all of your needs and will direct you to appropriate services once the crisis has passed
