People who use our services first get an assessment of their mental health needs and a plan of the care and support they will receive. They will also have one named person who co-ordinates their care and support. This person will be called either a named professional or, if your needs are more complex, a care co-ordinator. This person should be your main point of contact. You can speak to them about how your treatment and support is going.

How to contact us

Referrals

If you are referred into the WimRST this is usually done, with your agreement, through the Merton Assessment Team which is based with us at The Wilson Centre.

We also receive referrals from other assessment teams, including but not limiteed to Home Treatment Team, Inpatient Service, Forensic Team and Early intervention Team.

When you are referred into the service your details will be passed to us. We will contact you to get some more information and discuss what the next steps available to you are.
