Mental health conditions are very common, affecting many people at any one time.

We understand that people have a wide range of needs that require different approaches to get them on the path to mental health wellness. So we provide a variety of mental health services for adults and children, both in community and in-patient facilities.

About

Springfield University Hospital is in Tooting, and has been the primary location for mental health services in south west London for over 175 years.

As well as being the Trust Headquarters, we provide inpatient and community services to the residents of the five london boroughs we service as well as some national specialist services.


How to Find Us

Charges for parking at our hospital sites are below:

  • £3 up to 2 hours
  • £5 up to 4 hours
  • £10 up to 12 hours
  • No return permitted within 2 hours

Restricted access to Springfield site via Burntwood Lane

From 20 April 2020, there will be no vehicular access through the site or access to car parks from Burntwood Lane.  This is due to work starting  on the section of road between West Wing,  (Trust HQ, Building 15) and Building 32 (Recovery College, Canteen and Conference Centre). Therefore this section of road will be closed to vehicular traffic for approximately six months.

Pedestrian access will remain unchanged.

Vehicular access to Ronald Gibson House, Ghodse and High Trees will be via Burntwood Lane only.

All other buildings including Car Park B will only have vehicular access via the Glenburnie Road entrance.
