Education and training
Training and education is vital to the development of our staff and their job satisfaction. We promote the development of our staff and aim to offer them multidisciplinary skills.
We have close links with Kingston University and St George’s University of London through the joint faculty of Health and Social Care Sciences. The faculty offers our staff a continued professional development programme. This allows individuals to reach their full potential while ensuring staff are equipped with the skills to meet the demands of patients. A wide range of clinical and professional training is available for: nurses, doctors, psychiatrists, therapists, psychotherapists and psychologists.
Flexible training
Many courses offer students the option to train on a flexible or part-time basis. This enables them to combine training with other commitments.
Research training
We provide research training for all interested staff and are committed to developing multidisciplinary research. We organise regular research seminars, and provide access to postgraduate research qualifications.
